The Role

We are seeking a Systems Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about being a part of a growing IT operations division for a company that is enabling the global transition to renewable energy. This role involves integrating, administrating, and securing Energy Vault’s global information systems as well as supporting the improvement and scaling of an enterprise service support capability. You will be entrusted to provide a high level of customer support as well as collaborate as part of a cross functional team to improve corporate system integrations, automation, and workflow. You are expected to be security conscious and agile. Strong system and user administration, automation, communication, and organizational skill will make you successful in this role. Energy Vault is a rapidly growing company so you will have an opportunity to learn new technologies and play a key role in the roll out of corporate systems and service management as the company scales.

What

you will do

  • Maintain and improve upon corporate and support services such as Active Directory, Exchange, Atlassian Suite, Help Desk, and others.
  • Perform IT support keeping service management queues within defined Service Level Agreement standards.
  • Ensure smooth delivery and operation of IT services by monitoring systems performance and participate in postmortems when they don’t.
  • Manage and track the department's IT assets such as hardware and software.
  • Support the drafting of maintenance and support standards, standard operating procedures, and system architecture diagrams and workflows.
  • Provide direction, guidance, and training to all company employees around corporate IT systems.
  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and management of corporate information systems.
  • Contribute to the implementation and enforcement of a company-wide IA architecture and standards.
  • Communicate and collaborate across the entire organization to evaluate and implement technology needed to optimize corporate services enabling other business units across the company to work more seamlessly and efficiently.
Qualified

Candidate will possess

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience managing Microsoft365 products, Active Directory, Atlassian, and collaboration tools.
  • Experience setting up and management Active Directory Forest, roles, and permission.
  • Experience configuring SSO, managing RBAC, and account management at scale.
  • Experience implementing and managing IT Tier 1-3 support requests for corporate systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Operating System and workstation administration.
  • Familiar with cloud services such as AWS and SaaS based vendors.
  • Experience automating workflows and data collection visible via dashboards.
  • Knowledgeable of Information Assurance (IA) architectures, standards, and monitoring.
  • Experience implementing and managing Development Security Operations (DevSecOps) platforms for the delivery of multiple sophisticated software products.
  • Experience automating workflows and data collection visible via dashboards.
  • Strong communication (verbal and non-verbal), organized, innovative, and a team player.
  • A passion for carbon neutrality by 2050.
