Build what you need, on land where power is already secured. We lease you a site with firm, deliverable power under a PPA, so your team controls the facility design while we carry the energy risk.
You control the site, we bring and own the power. You hold title to the property, we lease it from you and deliver power under a long-term PPA, giving you full ownership of the real estate with none of the energy infrastructure burden.
Add power capacity without adding complexity. We hold title, then transfer or lease you the property once it's built, delivering power to your site under a PPA the whole way through, whether you're expanding an existing facility or standing up a new one.
Get storage without the capital outlay or operating burden. You control the property; we design, finance, build, own, operate, and maintain the energy storage system, so you get the performance without carrying the asset.
