Energy storage specialist Energy Vault Holdings Inc (NYSE:NRGV) has completed the acquisition of the 125-MW/1,000-MWh Stoney Creek Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project in New South Wales, Australia after receiving Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) approval.
